ABOUT YOU
As a Senior Airport Business Finance Manager, You are a strategic, analytical, and collaborative financial leader who excels at translating complex data into actionable business insights. You bring sound judgment, commercial acumen, and a long-term perspective to decision-making, while building trusted relationships across the organization and influencing stakeholders through clear communication, credibility, and expertise. Comfortable navigating complexity and competing priorities, you are detail-oriented, adaptable, and driven to strengthen financial performance, enhance operational effectiveness, and support the organization's continued growth and success through thoughtful stewardship and strategic partnership.
What you will do:
  • Provide strategic financial leadership by evaluating complex commercial opportunities, capital investments, lease structures, and business initiatives, delivering data-driven recommendations that support long-term growth, financial sustainability, and organizational objectives.
  • Lead the development and oversight of financial plans, budgets, forecasts, pricing strategies, and performance metrics, ensuring sound fiscal stewardship, accountability, and informed decision-making across a diverse airport business portfolio.
  • Leverage financial, operational, and market intelligence to identify emerging trends, assess risks, uncover revenue opportunities, and enhance commercial performance through thoughtful analysis, business insight, and continuous improvement.
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior leadership, tenants, and cross-functional stakeholders while providing financial governance, ensuring compliance, strengthening internal controls, and mentoring staff to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.

What you offer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience, with an advanced degree preferred to support complex financial analysis and strategy.
  • 7-10 years of experience in economic/business analysis or business/financial policy development required, with exposure to aviation, transportation, or real estate environments considered an asset.
  • Demonstrates advanced analytical capability, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop and present clear, data-driven recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Exhibits strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with proficiency in business tools and the ability to guide staff, manage complex initiatives, and produce well-structured written materials.
