To thrive as a Port Driver, you need a valid commercial driver's license (CDL), strong knowledge of DOT regulations, and safe driving skills, often gained through previous truck driving experience. Familiarity with port operations, electronic logging devices (ELDs), and container transport procedures is typically required.
