Ripley’s Admissions and Photo Team Member

Admissions & Photo Team Members are the first impression of the guest experience at Ripley’s Aquarium and Ripley’s Attractions. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, selling tickets and photo products, operating point-of-sale systems, and delivering friendly, efficient service across all Admissions and Photo locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests with a welcoming, professional attitude
  • Sell admission tickets, combos, arcade credits, and photo products accurately
  • Operate POS systems, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions
  • Direct and capture guests for entry photos; assist with photo viewing and purchases
  • Rotate through Admissions and Photo locations, including:
    • Aquarium:
      • Ticket booth
      • Entry
      • Photo Port
    • Attractions:
      • Ticket booths: Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, Ripley’s Crazy Golf, and Ripley’s Illusion Lab
      • Arcade
      • Par Bar
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate cash drawers
  • Communicate pricing and promotions clearly
  • Willingness to upsell
  • Support team operations with other duties as assigned

Qualifications
