Job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate IVIG Infusion RN to provide high-quality, in-home infusion therapy services. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered care while supporting patients with chronic conditions requiring IVIG and other specialty infusions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • ย Administer IVIG, antibiotics, TPN, and other specialty medications in patientsโ€™ homes.ย 
  • ย Insert and manage peripheral IVs, PICC lines, port-a-caths, and other central lines.ย 
  • ย Perform blood draws and monitor patient response during infusion therapy.ย 
  • ย Provide patient education on self-administration, medication management, and infusion safety.ย 
  • ย Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and follow individualized care plans.ย 
  • ย Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing interventions and patient progress.ย 
Qualifications:
  • ย Active RN license in CA.ย 
  • ย Minimum 1 year of experience in infusion therapy, including IVIG administration.ย 
  • ย Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion, central line management, and infusion protocols.ย 
  • ย Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.ย 
  • ย Reliable vehicle and valid driverโ€™s license required.ย 
  • ย Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
