Porsche Princeton is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Lawrence Township, NJ. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and guide them through the purchasing process of our premium Porsche vehicles. You will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the Porsche brand’s reputation for luxury, performance, and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers in a professional and courteous manner to assess their automotive needs.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Porsche vehicles, tailoring information to customer preferences.
  • Guide customers through the sales process including financing and lease options.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of inventory, products, pricing, and company promotions.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities and customer interactions within the dealership’s CRM system.
