Application and/or resume must show a minimum of 6 months' experience and/or training in one of the following areas: Mechanical troubleshooting, Electrical/Electronic Troubleshooting, Hydraulic Troubleshooting, PLC Troubleshooting and Navigation, Welding/Fabrication, AC/DC Control Wiring, Motor Control, 3 Phase Wiring, Plumbing, Conveyor Maintenance, Hydraulics, Pneumatic systems.

Note: Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days. Rehires are limited to 3 times of employment.

Tyson Foods is currently seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art food processing plant. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery used in our food processing operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards and the efficient production of our food products.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery used in food processing.

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, electrical issues, and mechanical failures.

Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Document maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and any additional recommendations.
