• Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer-centric stories that strengthen market positioning.
• Partner with subject matter experts to create differentiated messaging and content aligned to target markets and customer needs.

Customer Experience & Engagement
• Own the strategy and execution of customer-facing brand experiences, including global trade shows, Innovation Days, webinars, and customer appreciation initiatives.
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Porex brand promise and delivers a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Oversee strategy for the customer sampling experience, and branded customer engagement programs.

Content Strategy
• Develop the enterprise content strategy supporting customer education, commercial enablement, demand generation, and brand awareness.
• Partner with Digital Strategy & Growth to optimize content distribution, engagement, and digital performance.
• Ensure messaging consistency across all communication channels.

Organizational Leadership
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide adoption of the Porex brand.
• Partner with corporate marketing teams to align enterprise messaging while maintaining Porex differentiation.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Brand & Experience team while managing external agencies and creative partners.

Performance & Measurement
• Establish KPIs for brand awareness, customer engagement, event performance, and organizational adoption.
• Continuously evaluate brand effectiveness through customer feedback, analytics, and market insights.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; MBA or technical background (materials science, engineering) is a plus.

Experience: 7-10+ years experiences in B2B content or brand marketing, ideally in manufacturing, materials science, life sciences, or healthcare.

Skills and abilities include:
• Demonstrated success leading corporate brand strategy within technical manufacturing or engineered products.
• Experience navigating decentralized organizations while successfully influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to build organizational followership without direct authority.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong experience leading brand evolution during periods of organizational change.
• Experience balancing enterprise alignment with independent business identity.
