Basic Qualifications: 

- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, or military experience 

- At least 6 years- experience in systems architecture 

- At least 4 years- Open-Source Software tools and development experience in one or more of the following popular OSS: C, C++, Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, Perl, C# etc. 

- At least 3 years- experience developing applications using Agile principles 

- At least 2 years- experience with a formal configuration management tool, using Subversion, Git, TFS, or ClearCase 


Preferred Qualifications: 

- Master-s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology 

- 3+ years- experience in design and development of Service Oriented Architectural solutions 

- 3+ years- experience developing automation workflows/routines using industry leading tools, including OpenSource Tools (Chef/Puppet/Hudson), or Vendor Based Tools (HPSA/OO, vCAC, uDeploy) 

- 2+ years- experience using cloud based hosting solutions (AWS-EC2/S3, Azure, Google Cloud) 

- 2+ years- experience with the Hadoop family, especially Hive 

- 1+ years- Enterprise application integration or middleware delivery experience 

- 1+ years- experience having designed and implemented an Application Architecture using SOA Principles
