Job Overview
Job Title:C2ISR Engineering Project Manager
Location: Pope Army Airfield, Fort Bragg, NC
This position is pending contract award.
Job Responsibilities
Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a C2ISR Engineering Project Manager to support Government APM with engineering for network and systems across the C2ISR Enterprise.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Drafts/reviews PWS/SOW for government support.
  • Support government in POM cycle planning for acquisition and logistics requirements.
  • Coordinates with Engineering to translate technical requirements, assesses facility/operational impacts, and standardizes SLAs/MOAs.
  • Supports the Acquisition lead on negotiations, awards, mods, and vendor performance; maintains schedules, dashboards, and status reports from requisition through delivery/integration.
  • Support the government lead on all taskings associated with the SOF AT&L division process cycle.
  • Identify risks, resolve problems, and verify effectiveness of funding for program statuses.
  • Assist with identifying potential cost reduction/mitigation initiatives, efficiencies, and process improvements on a continuing basis and address their progress during Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
  • Work closely with, and in support of other internal organizations, including engineering, finance, contracts/subcontracts and PMO team to ensure balanced budget for future requirements.
  • Assure that all government regulatory guidance and corporate procedures are adhered to across multiple programs and will also work closely with customers and internal corporate resources to ensure the proper execution in all areas of service delivery.
  • Maintain awareness of customer mission priorities, emerging requirements, and operational changes to ensure responsive project support.
  • Support occasional travel requirements, site visits, transition activities, and field assessments as required.
  • Other Duties as Required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret with SCI Elegibility clearance.
  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
  • A minimum of five years of acquisition experience (within the past ten years) of managing DoD Service-specific and/or Joint-Service of similar scope and complexity including at least one project involving intelligence or special operations support element.
  • Ability to travel worldwide, including to remote or austere locations. Individual trips may extend up to two months, with the possibility of multiple trips per year.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Team Lead, Site Lead, Task Lead, Project Lead, Deputy Project Manager, or similar supervisory role.
  • At least 8 years of experience supporting ISR, communications, network, SATCOM, systems administration, cybersecurity, engineering, or mission support operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Ability to work across multiple domains of personnel.

Desired Qualification
  • Possess a minimum of 5+ years of project or finance management.
