Job description

Scottsdale Camelback Resort is looking for an energetic, service-driven Bartender/Server to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests at our restaurant, bar, banquet events, and poolside service areas.
If you love hospitality, enjoy connecting with people, and take pride in delivering excellent food and beverage service, this is the perfect opportunity to work in a beautiful resort setting with a supportive, professional team.
Schedule: may include a mix of AM, PM will include weekends and holidays
Pay Rate: $13.85 per hour, plus gratuities
What You'll Do
  • Provide friendly, attentive service by taking and delivering food and beverage orders
  • Prepare cocktails, beverages, and select food items to resort standards
  • Perform opening and closing duties and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Set up and support banquet and special event service
  • Accurately handle cash and maintain personal cashier reports
  • Enforce Resort Pool Policies and alcohol service regulations
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of serving and/or bartending experience
  • Alcohol awareness training and knowledge of state/local alcohol laws
  • Current or obtainable Food Handler's Permit
  • Intermediate POS system experience
  • Strong time management, communication, and guest service skills
  • Cash handling experience
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift/push up to 25-50lbs and perform standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
