Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Pool Maintenance Technician (2 years minimum) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running and consistently deliver top-quality service.
The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with residential pool service, equipment repair, and customer interaction, and takes pride in earning 5-star reviews.

Key Responsibilities
Perform weekly pool maintenance, including vacuuming floors, steps, walls, tiles, and cleaning pump baskets
Test pool water and properly balance water chemistry
Perform pool start-ups, openings, closings, and pool schools
Diagnose, repair, and replace pool equipment (warranty experience a plus) Program Hayward OmniLogic systems and other controllers
Document pool conditions and repair needs clearly
Communicate professionally with customers and management
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Pool Service Technician (required) Strong mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of pool equipment, plumbing, and minor electrical systems Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Virginia drivers license and clean DMV record
Background check required
