Description

We are seeking a reliable, year-round Pool Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain residential pool equipment. If you are looking for a stable, long-term position with great benefits, join our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance: Manage seasonal pool openings, closings, and startups.
  • Repairs & Installs: Maintain and install filters, pumps, heaters, lighting, chlorinators etc.
  • Automation: Set up and troubleshoot pool automation equipment.
  • Reporting: Complete routine service reports and maintain clear communication with clients.

  • Paid Time Off: 6 Paid Holidays plus annual PTO (starting at 5 days, increasing with tenure).

Requirements

  • Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Experience: 2+ years of related pool service experience (or equivalent training).
  • License: Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions.
  • Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
