Employers may use candidate pools to fill multiple openings or to manage hiring processes efficiently. It can also refer to a pool of qualified workers from which to select for temporary or ongoing roles.

What are pool attendants and what do they do?

Pool attendants are staff members responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of swimming pool areas. Their duties typically include monitoring swimmers to ensure safety, enforcing pool rules, providing towels and amenities, cleaning poolside furniture, and sometimes assisting with basic water testing and chemical balancing. They often serve as the first point of contact for guests at pools in hotels, resorts, or community centers, and may also help set up or organize poolside events.
