About the Role:
Haven Spa Pool and Hearth is looking for a skilled Spa and Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team in Clackamas, OR! This is a hands-on role where you'll help customers enjoy their backyard retreats by keeping their spas and pools in peak condition. If you love working with your hands, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of residential and commercial spas and pools
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on pumps, heaters, filters, and jets
  • Test and balance water chemistry including pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels
  • Troubleshoot and repair spa and pool control systems and equipment
  • Communicate service findings and recommendations clearly to customers
  • Maintain accurate service records and document completed work orders
  • Manage parts inventory and order necessary supplies for upcoming jobs
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in spa, pool, or hot tub maintenance and repair preferred
  • Basic knowledge of water chemistry, hydraulics, and pool/spa equipment
  • Familiarity with low-voltage systems and plumbing fundamentals
