Job description

Responsible for promoting and providing a positive, fun, entertaining, and informational environment that fosters an inspiring guest experience. Also responsible for demonstrating and promoting a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience the guests while maintaining the pool area, keeping it clean and free of debris and proving towel service and fulfilling other guests requests as needed.

  • Create age appropriate games for children/adults & supervise children’s activities, resolve disputes between children as necessary
  • Maintain safe & clean facility, maintain inventory & storage supplies on a monthly/daily basis; print month end reports for Activities & pool towels to justify inventory balance
  • Responsible for the general maintenance and cleanliness of the pool area/equipment, notifying leadership of any issues that need to be addressed
  • Performs various site duties, including, but not limited to: monitoring pool/spa usage and supporting guest needs, managing towel stock and handing out towels as requested
  • Maintain safe & clean facility, maintain inventory & storage supplies on a monthly/daily basis
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) system to complete retail transactions accurately
  • Promote and upsell poolside retail items (e.g., sunscreen, swimwear, beverages, snacks, branded merchandise).
  • Keep retail displays clean, stocked, and visually appealing
  • Provides the critical first impression to all guests, having a natural passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
  • Previous guest/customer service required; CPR/First Aid Certification highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and dedicated commitment to excellence
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
