Job description

Now Hiring: Pool Attendant | Create a Safe & Welcoming Resort Experience!
Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and providing great guest service? If so, we'd love to have you join our team as a Pool Attendant!
As a Pool Attendant, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive and relaxing poolside experience for our guests. You'll help maintain cleanliness, safety, and order throughout the pool deck and surrounding areas while providing friendly, professional service.
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Shifts: Mainly PM (3PM to 11PM)
Location: 1775 Bonaventure Blvd, Weston, FL 33326
What You'll Do:
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for guests
  • Clean and inspect pool bathrooms to meet safety and presentation standards
  • Replenish supplies and notify management of needed repairs or maintenance
  • Distribute and manage pool towels responsibly
  • Clean, arrange, and maintain pool furniture daily
  • Remove trash, debris, and potential hazards from pool and deck areas
  • Monitor pool areas to help maintain a safe and orderly environment
  • Interact professionally with guests and owners, delivering a Gold Crown-level hospitality experience
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
