Are you a self-motivated professional who thrives in the outdoors?ย  MD Pool Service, Inc. is looking for dedicated Pool Maintenance Cleaners to serve our community in Midlothian, Ovilla, and across Ellis County.ย  What will you do?


Primary duties:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and chemical balance of residential & commercial pools through testing and proper treatment.
  • Accurately reporting and communicating issues at pools to the home office.
  • Accountability of equipment, parts and pool chemicals maintained on the work truck.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a daily route performing routine maintenance of pools.
  • Assist with the installation and repair of pool equipment as required.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Track all equipment and supplies stored in your work truck.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • No previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields necessary.
  • Texas drivers license & clean driving record (Required).
  • Ability to handle moderately physical workload to include lifting 40-100 lbs. (Salt, Chlorine bags/buckets).
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team, with strong communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Physical stamina to work in various Texas weather conditions.
