Job description

Since 1967, Midwest Pool Management has delivered unparalleled pool management services, creating safe, professional, and positive aquatic environments. Midwest Pool Management is hiring Pool Attendants for the upcoming summer season at facilities around the O'Fallon, Missouri area. Pool Attendants play an important role in supporting daily facility operations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing excellent customer service to all guests. This role is ideal for individuals who are friendly, dependable, and enjoy working in an active, team-oriented setting.

Schedule & Pay

  • Schedule: Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Employment Type: Part-time, Seasonal (May-September)
  • Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour

Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years of age or older by the start of employment
  • Dependable, positive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to accept guidance and supervision
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Support management staff with daily operations of the assigned facility
  • Greet guests as they enter and exit the facility
  • Provide assistance, guidance, and information to patrons
  • Help resolve guest concerns and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Enforce facility rules consistently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility, including common areas and restrooms
  • Assist with patron logs, chemical reports, and other required documentation
  • Represent Midwest Pool Management and the assigned facility in a professional manner at all times
  • Arrive to work on time and prepared, knowing your schedule
  • Wear the required company uniform while on duty
  • Must attend two hours of in-service training per month during employment
