We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pool Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a route of residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and in excellent working condition. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a consistent route of pools, Monday through Friday
  • Test and adjust pool water for proper chemical balance
  • Vacuum pools, spas, and water features as needed
  • Empty all skimmer baskets and remove debris from pools and equipment areas
  • Inspect pool equipment and surrounding areas for issues, leaks, or repairs
  • Maintain clear, organized records of services performed and any outstanding maintenance needs
  • Perform routine filter maintenance (e.g., backwashing, pressure checks)
  • Identify, treat, and report any algae growth or water clarity issues
  • Submit weekly work logs to management
  • Remain flexible and adaptable as routes and service needs change
