Job description

Pool Repair & Refurbishing Tech:

We are a small, family-orientated, but rapidly growing fiberglass pool company looking for individual(s) to grow with us.

Our company values revolve around FAMILY, RESPECT, INTEGRITY, QUALITY and HUMILITY, so if you share these values and are looking to settle down and start what could be a promising career choice, then this may be for you.

This position does involve physical work outside in the heat and does often require overnight travel throughout Central and SW Florida.

We will train you (repairs and resurfacing of the pools), so previous pool experience is not required.

As a company we do believe in redemption, however If you cannot pass a DMV background check to drive our company vehicles, you cannot be considered.

During your training period your rate will be $140 per day. Once you are qualified, your pay is performance based and our trained technicians typically average $175-250 per day.

If you possess and can demonstrate leadership skills, then you could be leading your own crew in 12 months.

After completing the 90-day probation period there is a $500 bonus and the offer of Health Insurance. At 6 months, we offer a company matching 401k and at 12 months, 5 days paid time off.
