Bilingual Pool Equipment Tech Support Rep, 1st Shift - Phoenix and San Antonio

We have an opportunity for a Bilingual Pool Equipment Tech Support Rep to join our Phoenix, AZ, or San Antonio, TX, team. You will be working with inbound calls, specializing in certain product lines to help customers and dealers troubleshoot their products using your technical and customer service skills.

You will:

  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve pool and spa equipment issues using advanced troubleshooting skills and available resources.
  • Provide quality telephone and email support, with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all product offerings and technical support procedures to provide accurate solutions to customers and demonstrate experience in problem resolution and technical problem identification.
  • Work independently and with team to solve support issues and escalate issues to fourth level support and supervisor when necessary.
  • Resolve customer problems, disputes, and complaints in an efficient, professional manner and according to company policy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 5+ years of hands-on field experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, or servicing Pentair Pool equipment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Pentair automation systems, pumps, filters, heaters, sanitization equipment, and control systems.
  • Experience supporting pool builders, service companies, distributors, or pool professionals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues through phone, email, chat, and remote troubleshooting.
  • Must live within 1 hour of Phoenix or San Antonio

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Previous technical support, service dispatch, or warranty administration experience.
  • Manufacturer technical support experience within the pool industry.

Compensation:

  • The hourly pay for this role is $26.00+/hour, DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Shift:

  • Shift range from 7am to 8pm Eastern Monday through Friday (hours can vary by region)
