Job description

Looking for dependable and reliable person to assist with pool service work. This is a Seasonal position but with a possibility to run year round. This job will require lifting heavy equipment or supplies 50-65lbs from time to time. This position can range from 30-40 hours per week. Most weeks will be 40 hours work weeks, may have some slow weeks due to weather and jobs.  This job will slow down last of October or November. Work will be done off location and at client’s location. This individual will be working remotely with manager/owner, riding from job to job in company truck.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Cleaning pools by skimming surface
  • Vacuum pool & clean out any debris
  • Assisting with sand changes
  • Assist with pool/motor repairs & replacements
  • Add pool chemicals and remove any trash
  • Assist with Pool Openings & Closings
  • Assist in stocking shelves with merchandise while in store during idle times or while waiting on manger

Qualifications:

  • Must be Willing to Work, Reliable, Dependable, Honest, & Trustworthy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
  • Good with written and verbal communication skills
  • Needs to be flexible, Works mostly Monday-Friday 8:00-5pm, but some days may be later.  Weather and jobs for the day may shift hours daily.

We take pride in being efficient, reliable, and a reputable business in and around our community. We service several surrounding counties, but currently only do service work in Wilson Co. We want our staff to take the same pride in their work as we do.
