What You Will Do

  • Greet pool guests warmly and provide menus, towels, or basic assistance as needed

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the bar or kitchen

  • Deliver food, beverages, and amenities in a timely and polished manner

  • Monitor assigned sections, anticipating guest needs and ensuring continuous service

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of pool menus, specials, and seasonal offerings

  • Assist guests with recommendations, dietary needs, or special requests

  • Process payments accurately for checks, room charges, and card transactions

  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including tables, cabanas, lounge chairs, and walkways

  • Clear used items promptly and reset seating areas for the next guests

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and poolside food-handling guidelines

  • Support pool service attendants and bar teams to ensure coordinated service

  • Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include:

Required:

  • Prior food and beverage experience in a restaurant, lounge, or resort setting

  • Strong communication and guest-service skills

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds and carry trays through the pool deck

Preferred:

  • Experience in poolside, resort, or outdoor dining service

  • Knowledge of POS systems

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
