Here's a snapshot of what we want you to do:
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new logo SaaS business. This role owns the full sales cycle from initial engagement through close.
The ideal candidate is a sales hunter who can qualify leads, lead effective discovery, and guide prospects toward our cloud business software solution. Success in this role requires strong pipeline management, consistent, relentless follow-up, and the ability to translate operational pain points into clear value that motivates a purchase.
Other day-to-day activities include researching companies and contacts, participating in inbound and outbound sales campaigns, and qualifying each sales opportunity before accepting an order. The Sales Account Executive will utilize a variety of sources including websites, social media, and industry publications to develop insight into each prospect for active engagement. The Sales Account Executive must become well-versed in the functionality and value of Evosus products & services, obtain a thorough understanding of how they're relevant to a day-in-the-life of our prospective clients, empathize with prospect pain points and demonstrate how we provide a solution. The Sales Account Executive will also be on the front lines at various tradeshows and industry events throughout the year, with heavy travel in Q1 (January through March).
Here's what you'll be doing day to day:

  • Communicate with assigned prospects using phone, video calls and email.
  • Responding to inbound leads quickly and efficiently
  • Proactively participating in outbound sales campaigns
  • Prioritize daily activities to achieve sales goals and quotas
  • Demonstrate our software products, as well as hardware and other add-on products, via online video conferencing and in person demonstrations
  • Ensure that we are accepting orders from qualified clients
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
  • Assist as needed with internal sales to existing clients
  • Document daily activities in our CRM
  • Relentlessly, methodically, persistently, and professionally follow up with prospects until they've made a buying decision.
  • Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, pipeline reviews, client meetings, researching and assisting with program development to drive new business
  • Represent the Evosus brand with integrity and professionalism at all times
  • Represent Evosus in a professional way that generates positive results at tradeshows and other public facing events.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a non-exempt full-time position, and workdays are Monday through Friday during regular business hours. This position will work in a hybrid work environment and has the option to work at the office, remotely, or a combination of both.
Travel
Travel is mandatory for industry events with extensive travel in Q1 (January through March).
Required Education and Experience
  • 5 or more years of experience working in a mid-level sales role
  • 3 or more years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Intermediate Computer Skills Including: Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office Suite Including Word and Excel; G-Suite; and more
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent experience
  • Experience with specialty retail or field service businesses
  • Experience using Evosus products.
  • Experience managing a pipeline or book of business (relationship driven sales)
