Schedule: 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays

You willbe responsible forgroundskeeping, building repairs, and water/septic system maintenance, helping to keep the community in top shape.You'llplay a key role in pool operations andmaintaininga safe, welcoming environment. This hands-on role will keep you active and engaged.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the ground's maintenance and landscaping of the property
Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment
Providing support to residence asrequired, such as firewood delivery
Water testing and record keeping daily
Maintaining the pool and spa facilities
Responsible in managing and keeping records of the upkeep of the septic systems
Responsibleinmaintainingall Health & Safety aspects of the Community and Community Buildings
Ensuring ongoing communication with Manager
Responsible for cleaningworkarea,toolsand equipment.
Responsible for courteous, efficient responseat all times.
Operate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation andcompany policies at all times.
Be prepared to acceptafter hourcalls and act on emergencies asrequired.

Education and Experience:
Clean Driver's Abstract
Current water ticket or pool certificate preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Must be willing to takewatercertification course at the beginning of employment.
Must be willing to take the pool certification course at the beginning of employment.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operatingand maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25lbsfrequentlyand up to 50lbs infrequently; ability to work at heights
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
