Role Description:

The Assistant Community Manager supports the day-to-day operations of a residential mobile home park community. This roleassistsin ensuring the property is wellmaintained, residents are supported, and community standards are consistently upheld. The position plays a key role in resident relations, administrative support, maintenance coordination, and enforcement of community rules and policies.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $50,000, - $55,000.

The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual's skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
