Job description

Join Pool and Spa Depot and help transform backyards into beautiful outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you'll install above-ground and in-ground pools, operate equipment, and work as part of a high-performing crew. Crew Lead opportunities available for experienced candidates.

What You'll Do
  • Install above-ground and in-ground pools from start to finish
  • Drive company vehicles to job sites
  • Operate equipment (e.g., backhoe, skid steer) for excavation, grading, and site prep
  • Assemble pool components (rails, walls, liners, filtration systems)
  • Perform manual labor (digging, leveling, lifting materials)
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite
  • Communicate with team members and customers
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • Experience as a driver and equipment/machine operator (required)
  • Experience in construction or similar field
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
  • Experience with above-ground and/or in-ground pool installation
  • Concrete work (form setting, finishing, troweling)
  • PVC plumbing experience
  • Liner installation experience
  • Understanding of plumb, level, and square
  • Experience operating skid steer or similar equipment
  • Leadership experience (for Crew Lead role)
