Pool Maintenance Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Position Overview

Easton Select Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to help maintain and repair swimming pools and spas. Whether you have pool industry experience or have worked in maintenance, construction, landscaping, plumbing, HVAC, automotive repair, or a similar hands-on trade, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a field-based position where you'll work outdoors, visit customer locations, troubleshoot equipment, perform repairs, and help keep pools operating safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine pool maintenance and inspections
  • Test and balance pool water chemistry
  • Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing components
  • Complete pool openings, closings, and seasonal services
  • Communicate with customers about service work and repair recommendations
  • Maintain accurate service records and work orders
  • Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
  • Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized
