Job description

Position Summary
The Pool Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all residents and guests. This role oversees daily pool operations, maintains water quality standards, and provides excellent customer service. Weekend attendant positions for Friday-Sunday are a priority and will be filled first.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain proper pool water chemistry, including pH and chlorine levels
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the pool, surrounding deck areas, and locker rooms
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Promote positive interactions and uphold strong community relations

  • Ability to handle concerns calmly and professionally
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays


Schedule
Multiple shifts available:

  • AM Shift: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    Shifts can be altered to meet needs
