Are you a high-energy hospitality leader who loves creating unforgettable guest experiences? We're seeking an Activities Manager to lead our resort recreation and pool operations while delivering world-class service and maintaining our prestigious Gold Crown standards.
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind engaging activities, safe and vibrant pool operations, and a motivated team that brings fun and exceptional service to life every day.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and inspire the Activities and Pool teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Plan, schedule, promote, and execute resort activities and special events.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance across all recreational areas.
  • Respond to guest needs, handle service recovery, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Train, schedule, and manage staff performance and development.
  • Coordinate with all departments to enhance operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Review guest feedback and continuously improve programming and service delivery.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3๏ฟฝ5 years of hospitality management experience (resort or timeshare experience preferred).
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong guest service mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
