- Provide technical support for all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliance, and irrigation systems
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on buildings, HVAC, equipment, leasing offices, and laundry facilities
- Maintain and repair swimming pool equipment, including seasonal opening and closing
- Perform interior and exterior painting, including parking lot striping, curbs, handrails, and other surfaces
- HVAC or EPA certification preferred
- Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years' maintenance experience in a multifamily or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of appliance repair, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and irrigation
- Willingness to work as part of an on-call rotation for 24-hour maintenance needs
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Bend, stoop, twist, and work in confined spaces
- Reach overhead for extended periods
- Perform tasks requiring physical agility and endurance
