Job description

Job Description: We are looking for Pool Building Contractors in Phoenix, AZ to join our team. A contractor working with us can expect to make anywhere from $10,000 to $40,000 profit per month, depending on their sales ability and close rate. There is a very high potential to earn with our company as long as you are professional, communicative, and dedicated.

THIS IS A FULL TIME, CONTRACT position. We will send you enough work to keep you busy throughout the week.

MUST REQUIRE:

-Be Licensed

-Have at least 5 years of Pool Construction Experience

Here is how our business works:

  • We source homeowners who need estimates using paid advertisements.
  • We send you to the appointments
  • You speak with the homeowner, leave a great impression and understand their project requirements
  • You use our software to price the estimate
  • Our design team designs project renders for the estimate
  • We generate the proposal and send it to the client.
  • You follow-up with the client via text, give them personalized attention and close the job
  • The homeowner sends a check to YOU, and you give us a commission.- You collect the deposit and begin a project.

IMPORTANT:

Once you apply and answer the basic questions, we will call you for a phone call interview. If you pass the phone call interview, we will send you 4 estimates, jobs worth 50k - 100k. If you are able to sell one of them, we will enter a partnership agreement and begin sending you 2-3 daily pool estimate appointments worth 40k - 200k each.
