Essential Job Functions

  • Install basement and foundation waterproofing systems, sump pumps, foundation repair systems, and crawl space encapsulation products in homeowners' houses.
  • Travel with your crew to the customer's home to install the job.
  • Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods.
  • Work inside and outside in the elements, depending on the extent of the job being done.

  • A valid non-probationary driver's license (and/or CDL).
  • High school diploma or GED required.
