Laborer for Pool Company

Location: Upstate, SC
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Based on Experience

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, motivated laborer to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who takes pride in hard work, shows up on time, and is eager to learn the pool industry from the ground up.

You’ll assist with pool construction, renovation, and maintenance projects while working alongside experienced technicians. If you enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a team that values quality craftsmanship, this is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with pool construction, installation, and renovation tasks

  • Support plumbing, electrical, and concrete work under supervision

  • Help maintain job site cleanliness, organization, and safety

  • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment

  • Follow instructions from lead technicians and supervisors

  • Perform general labor tasks as needed to support project progress
