TheSpa Attendant for Female Locker Roomplays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa by ensuring public spaces, back-of-house support zones and treatment areas are clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready at all times. This position bridges the support between the Spa Concierge Team and Service Providers, ensuring seamless flow and exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include organizing and distributing laundry, preparing service product baskets, and maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of guest-facing areas such as the Quiet Lounge and spa pool deck, all with a strong focus on hospitality and attention to detail.
  • Prepare treatment room product baskets per service protocols.
  • Support service providers with treatment room resets, restocks, and product preparation between appointments as needed.
  • Maintain tidiness and guest-readiness of public spa areas including the Quiet Lounge, spa pool, and hallway restrooms.
  • Ensure all spa linens and towels are neatly folded and stored; restock clean laundry as needed throughout the spa.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in all back-of-house areas including storage closets, prep rooms, and laundry zones (excluding washing/drying duties).
  • Support the Spa Concierge Team by maintaining locker room guest linens (robes, sandals, towels) in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Comfortable being present within the male locker room.
  • Monitor and restock supplies and amenities, ensuring treatment and guest areas remain fully equipped.
  • Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety protocols to maintain a pristine spa environment.
  • Assist with occasional cross-department tasks to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
  • Previous experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or housekeeping preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Comfortable working in both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes environments.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
  • Team player with a positive, service-focused mindset.
  • Physically able to stand, walk, lift, and move supplies for extended periods.
  • Must be flexible and able to work weekdays, weekends, mornings, nights and holidays.
