Pool Attendant/Concierge

Stratton Amenities is hiring Pool Attendants to support the pool experience at a luxury residential community in Plano, TX. This role combines pool supervision with concierge-level service. We're looking for a polished, hospitality-driven professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences in an upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, verify access, and manage check-in procedures
• Maintain an attentive, service-oriented presence throughout the pool area at all times
• Enforce pool rules, policies, and safety standards consistently and courteously
• Monitor activity to ensure a safe, orderly, and enjoyable environment for all
• Deliver concierge-level service, assist with resident requests, and proactively anticipate needs
• Set up and maintain the pool deck, including seating, umbrellas, and amenities
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, restrooms, and surrounding spaces
• Complete daily opening and closing procedures
• Report incidents, concerns, or maintenance issues to management promptly
• Support additional duties or special projects as assigned
Requirements
