Your Role: Seasonal Pool Attendant
As a Seasonal Pool Attendant, you will play an essential role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for residents and guests. This highly visible, customer-focused position ensures proper use of amenities, enforces community policies, and supports a positive, upscale resident experience throughout the summer season.
What You'll Do
• Greet residents and guests professionally while maintaining a welcoming poolside atmosphere
• Monitor pool and recreation areas to ensure safety, proper usage, and rule compliance
• Enforce community policies, including guest limits and amenity guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool areas, including furniture, surfaces, and surrounding spaces
• Set up and break down pool furniture and amenities daily
• Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly
• Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and onsite team members
• Assist with resident events and community hospitality efforts as needed
• Support overall property safety by identifying and reporting potential risks
• Complete daily logs and maintain accurate documentation of incidents or concerns
• Assist with light operational or grounds-related tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain professional while enforcing rules and policies
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Availability to work weekends and/ or holidays
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation & Perks
• The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $21.50 per hour, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, and business needs
