NOW HIRING: Pool Technician - East Valley AZ America's Swimming Pool Co. - Queen Creek | San Tan Valley
We're a growing pool service company looking for someone who wants to build a career - not just fill a shift. No experience required. We'll train the right person completely. What we can't train is work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.
WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE
You'll own a route of residential pools across Queen Creek and San Tan Valley - managing water chemistry, equipment health, and customer relationships week over week. It's independent field work in the Arizona sun, roughly 30 hours per week once trained.
We use field technology that tracks routes, service notes, and chemical readings. This role suits someone who does their best work independently. If you need a lot of day-to-day direction to stay on track, you'd likely be happier somewhere with more structure - and that's okay, just not what this role offers.
