Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Ensure the highest level of resident and guest satisfaction by offering prompt, professional, courteous, and dedicated services. Actively contribute to the department in order to complete tasks, meet goals, or manage projects. Overall, this position is responsible for and dedicated to providing recognition, satisfaction, and value to the residents and their guests, while continuously improving efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and service standards.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up pool & beach area prior to opening each day
  • Set up tables and chairs when and where required
  • Ensure equipment is working and in place
  • Provide residents with towels as needed
  • Show residents available chairs and set up
  • Inspect the pool & beach area for cleanliness throughout the day
  • Ensure Resident & guest satisfaction throughout the day
  • Maintain, clean, and properly store equipment
  • Assist Food & Beverage operations with bussing pool and beach tables
  • Provide residents with menus and drinks
  • Distribute amenities in pool and beach areas
  • Maintain property records related to pool & beach operations
  • Understand & comply with safety regulations and other laws

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Minimum 1 year Beach service experience in Hotel or Residential.
  • Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Ability to work in an outdoor environment
  • Ability to walk on uneven surfaces (e.g. sand)
  • Must be able to lift up, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
