THE BEACH CLUB CUSTODIAL PRESSURE WASHER
Position Description Summary: Provide consistent and thorough pressure washing of all public areas to include the pool decks, walkways, etc. of The Beach Club. Assist in performing other duties as needed to include Housekeeping, Linen Room and Custodial
Major Job Tasks:
  • Clean outdoor pool decks as needed
  • Clean outdoor areas as assigned
  • Sweep, mop, and clean common areas as assigned
  • Clean and disinfect trash compactor rooms daily
  • Empty all trash cans as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, curbs, and around buildings
  • Be aware of chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and know the safety precautions they advise. Be aware of where eye wash stations are located
  • Respond to guests with a cheerful and helpful attitude
  • Assist with other duties as needed

Required Skills:
  • Must possess good customer service skills to assist guests

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach
  • Must be able to lift/move approximately 30-50 pounds
  • Must be able to climb/stand on a ladder
  • Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
  • Must be able to use a pressure washer
  • Must be able to work in outside weather conditions
