We are looking for problem-solving pool maintenance technicians to service our growing list of clients.
Summary of Description:
We are seeking dependable, solution-oriented Pool Maintenance Technicians to service a growing client base. Technicians will perform weekly pool and spa maintenance, ensure proper water chemistry, and identify equipment issues during routine visits.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company vehicle to customer locations and maintain vehicle stock (equipment and chemicals).
  • Perform weekly pool and spa cleaning: brush floors and walls, empty skimmer and pump baskets, vacuum, and net debris.
  • Test and balance pool chemistry; add chemicals as needed to maintain safe water quality.
  • Inspect pool equipment for operational issues and perform basic parts replacement or repairs.
  • Clean or replace filters, baskets, and other components to maintain proper water balance.
  • Blow off customer patios as needed.
  • Assist Service Technicians with repair and warranty work, liner or renovation projects, and other assigned tasks.
  • Support retail store stocking as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Valid drivers license and safe driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with pool chemistry, equipment, and standard maintenance procedures preferred.

Schedule
MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:00 PM (5-day work week). Hours may vary due to weather, job requirements, or other factors. Rotating weekends required.
