What You’ll Do
As a Pool Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive, intuitive service to guests enjoying our pool and cabana areas. You’ll take and deliver food and beverage orders, anticipate guest needs, and ensure every interaction reflects the elevated standards of our resort. From refreshing cocktails to light fare, you’ll help create a seamless and enjoyable experience under the sun.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, engaging, and anticipatory service to all guests
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting poolside environment
  • Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen team to ensure timely service
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns with urgency
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
  • Set up and break down pool service stations as needed
