DescriptionThis role is responsible for supporting restaurant, beach, and pool operations by assisting servers and bartenders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and helping create memorable guest experiences in a high-energy resort environment.Responsibilities
  • Deliver food and beverages quickly and accurately to beach, pool, cabana, and restaurant guests
  • Assist servers and bartenders with daily operational support
  • Stock bars, service stations, ice, glassware, and supplies throughout shifts
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables, cabanas, and lounge areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach, pool, restaurant, and back-of-house areas
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of cabanas, loungers, umbrellas, and service stations
  • Provide friendly, professional, and attentive guest service at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the food & beverage team to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant, beach club, or resort experience preferred
