Position Overview
The In-Home Aide provides personal care, household assistance, and emotional support to clients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role is essential to maintaining client comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an accredited Nursing Aide program and registration with the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry. Previous nursing assistant experience accepted.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, toileting, mouth care, and grooming.
Support dressing and mobility, including transfers and ambulation.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Provide light housekeeping, including laundry, linen changes, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
Assist with shopping, picking up medications, and other household tasks.
Provide emotional support and companionship according to client needs.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or director.
Collaborate with agency team members to ensure continuity of care.
