Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking an experiencedย Polyurethane Technicianย to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on polyurethane injection experience who can operate independently.
Candidates who have demonstrated experience performing polyurethane and single component injections are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform polyurethane foam injection for concrete lifting, leveling, and stabilization
  • Operate polyurethane pumping equipment safely and efficiently
  • Evaluate job sites and determine proper injection approach
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
  • Maintain equipment and ensure job sites are clean and organized
  • Complete projects with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
  • Proven experience with polyurethane injections required experience with soil stabilization and deep injection methods preferred.
  • Experience running or managing jobs without supervision
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record preferred
