As a Contract Negotiator: Lead & Cross Brand Deal Support, you will provide end-to-end contracts and negotiation support to drive IBM revenue growth. This client-facing role requires collaboration with Opportunity Owners and deal teams to deliver tailored contractual solutions.

• Review and Draft Contracts: Review client redlines, draft changes to non-standard terms and conditions, and assess the risk to business teams on deviations to IBM terms and conditions.
• Negotiate Contractual Terms: Negotiate and advise on contractual terms and conditions to support the closing of deals across IBM brands.
• Articulate Contracting Strategy: Understand and articulate the IBM contracting strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Interface with Opportunity Owners and deal teams to ensure seamless contract negotiation and execution.
• Assess Business Risk: Assess and articulate the risk to business teams on deviations to IBM terms and conditions, providing guidance on mitigation strategies.

• Contract Negotiation Expertise: Deep expertise in negotiating and advising on contractual terms and conditions to drive business growth and revenue.
• Contract Drafting and Review: Experience with reviewing client redlines, drafting changes to non-standard terms and conditions, and assessing the risk to business teams on deviations to IBM terms and conditions.
• Contracting Strategy Development: Deep understanding of contracting strategies and the ability to articulate them to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Experience in assessing and articulating the risk to business teams on deviations to IBM terms and conditions, providing guidance on mitigation strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with Opportunity Owners and deal teams to ensure seamless contract negotiation and execution.
• Active TS/SCI with CI poly (CI + Lifestyle poly preferred)

• Advanced Contract Analysis: Deep expertise in analyzing complex contractual terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.
• Strategic Negotiation Skills: Experience with developing and executing strategic negotiation plans to drive business outcomes and revenue growth.
• Cross-Brand Contracting Knowledge: Deep understanding of contracting strategies and practices across multiple IBM brands, with the ability to articulate and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
