- Advanced Ph.D. candidates with at least 18 hours in labor studies or employee ownership will be considered.
- 2 years teaching experience.
- Evidence of productive scholarship.
- Ph.D. in Africana Studies, History, Political Science or Sociology or related field.
- Experience teaching within an online learning management system.
- Paper(s) accepted by scholarly professional associations.
- Research accepted for publication
- Knowledge of pedagogical strategies and methods of student assessment.
- Computer literacy and instructional technology skills required.
