What you can expect in this role
As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.
Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.
This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

This intern positon will support Spectrum Community Solutions large scale program launches, in various capacities. The position will gain useful insight and exposure into cross-functional project delivery for a large organization. Duties will include project management analysis and support, sales analysis and support, and process development and support. The intern role will also have exposure to multiple levels of leadership within the organization
