The Finance Digital Enablement Manager will lead and oversee the modernization of our internal finance operations. This role will be responsible for driving digital initiatives across key finance functions including Accounting and Accounts Payable ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Solution Design

  • Develop and design comprehensive financial solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency for Accounting and Accounts Payable
  • Collaborates in designing and developing internal digital solutions to ensure successful outcomes for the overall project while meeting business requirements for Finance processes and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor the performance of finance systems and solutions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and evaluating opportunities for innovation within finance systems and processes.
  • Develop and present comprehensive business cases for new solutions to support informed executive decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology and enterprise solutions.

Documentation

  • Maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, business requirements, and implementation processes.

Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with finance technology projects and solutions.

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Support additional initiatives and responsibilities as needed to advance organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)

Technical/Soft Skills

  • Strong understanding of finance processes and technology solutions (required)
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex financial systems (required)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (required)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills (required)
  • Proven track record of "big picture" strategic problem solving (required)

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on finance systems (preferred)
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software (required)
  • Knowledge of industry-specific finance regulations and standards (preferred)

Leadership Skills

  • Experience leading large scope/multiple projects (preferred)
  • Experience working on highly visible and sensitive projects (required)
  • Experience driving the performance of a Finance or IT department (required)

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $111,200 - $190,300

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
