Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Live Stream and Podcast Showrunner/Producer to lead the creative and production process for My Price is My Life and the live, breaking-news stream On the Inside with James O'Keefe. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, producer, and strategist who can oversee the podcast from concept to distribution, ensuring each episode is compelling, on-brand, and flawlessly executed. You will manage a small team, book guests, shape narratives, and make editorial decisions that elevate the show's impact. The expectation is to run two live shows weekly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full production lifecycle: pitch development, pre-production, scripting, recording, post-production, and publishing
  • Shape and maintain the editorial vision and tone of the show
  • Manage episode planning, calendars, and deadlines
  • Identify, vet, and book compelling guests aligned with the show's themes
  • Write or oversee scripting of host copy, episode outlines, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with editors, sound designers, and marketing personnel
  • Conduct research and prep for interviews and story arcs
  • Maintain consistency in audio quality, pacing, and storytelling
  • Monitor metrics, audience feedback, and analytics to refine content
