14662 - Regulatory & Political Affairs Business Analyst (onsite) - Juno Beach, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Onsite
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL;
  • Experience with Business Analysis (3+ years);
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite
  • Experience with SAP Accounts Payable;
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research to support medium-to-large special projects;
  • Experience conducting analysis and reports;
  • Experience with process design and modification for continuous business improvement;
  • High School Grad / GED

Preferred:
    • Experience with Legal terminology and governance;
    • Experience with Paralegal background;
    • Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities:
    • Work with the Client's Regulatory & Political Affairs, Legal and outside vendors to prepare and execute contracts for lobbying and political consultants;
    • Ensure proper retention of contracts and supporting documentation on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site;
    • Maintain the Lobbyist, Consultants and Trades Report on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site;
    • Ensure proper coding of invoices and timely payment of vendors;
    • Prepare requests for political contributions and track on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site;
    • Prepare quarterly BOD reporting of political contributions;
    • Conduct analyses and prepare reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations.
